Showcase Floors (formerly Carpet Mill Club) hired Charpentier Creative to assist them with a name change and logo design. We also conducted a Brand Audit to review their marketing and advertising expenditure to make sure they were spending their money effectively. We then created a marketing strategy plan, focusing on the best mediums and messages to build their bottom line and raise awareness of their unique offerings. As part of their new brand building strategy, we launched a very successful Giveaway campaign and improved point-of-sale elements, an internal campaign to existing customers, signage, magazine ads, radio and social media.
