My Best Friend’s Closet is an established, upscale consignment store, featuring designer labels, name brands and boutique fashions. The store, opened in 2003, has enjoyed great success. Charpentier Creative was brought on-board to refresh the brand, build awareness and re-introduce the store to the community. We assisted with a strategic plan, media analysis, recommendations and a new website. Our creative team is currently working closely with their staff to enhance their social media initiatives and in-store promotions.
